（中央社記者鍾榮峰台北7日電）鴻海集團總裁郭台銘與夏普合作經營SDP傳不供貨三星面板，日媒指出，鴻海傳出願意以高出市場價格5成向SDP購買面板，是主要關鍵。

日本經濟新聞和日經Business雜誌報導，去年11月29日，郭台銘個人投資與夏普（Sharp）合作經營的(土界)顯示器株式會社（SDP）、在與三星（Samsung）幹部的閉門會議上，SDP向三星表示，郭台銘考量提升夏普全球品牌力，因此決定將SDP全數面板供貨給鴻海和夏普。

報導指出，之後SDP單方面向三星告知，將在去年12月底中止供應三星面板。

報導並引述三星仲裁申述書資料指出，鴻海將以高出市場價格5成的價格，向SDP購買面板。若以此單純計算，SDP可望每年增加500億日圓的利益。

郭台銘今年1月下旬表示，夏普希望供應三星的面板漲價，並非拒絕交貨。三星擬狀告夏普，代表三星很在意夏普是否供應面板。

夏普去年底公告，讓渡部分(土界)10代廠SDP持股給投資公司SIO。日媒報導，鴻海董事長郭台銘個人投資SIO，持股SDP比重將超過一半，達53.05%。

根據SDP網站資料顯示，SDP資本額已經增加到324.85億日圓，先前擔任鴻海在日本研發中心會長孫月衛，已經出任SDP的執行董事。

日本媒體先前指出，孫月衛在1月23日已就任SDP的執行董事，與去年7月就任的谷口英男同為SDP執行董事。

郭台銘投資的SDP，去年12月底與中國大陸廣東省廣州市政府簽署協定，在廣州增城投資人民幣610億（約合新台幣2800億元），興建10.5代顯示器全生態產業園區。

朝鮮日報和國外媒體去年12月中旬引述報導，鴻海投資的夏普已向三星電子表示，夏普今年起不再供應電視液晶顯示器用面板給三星。三星電子轉向韓國樂金顯示（LGD）要求供應面板。1060207
